Client Responsibilities

• Accuracy of Information: You warrant that all information and documents you provide are true, complete, and up-to-date. Registration Arena is not liable for any issues arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you.
• Timely Cooperation: You agree to respond to our requests and provide necessary documents within the communicated timelines. Delays in providing information may result in delays in service delivery.
• Legal Compliance: You are responsible for ensuring that your business activities comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Communication: You agree to provide a valid email address and phone number for communication purposes and to check them regularly for updates regarding your services.

5. Service Process & Timelines

• Service Initiation: Services are initiated upon receipt of complete payment and all required documents/information from the Client.
• Processing Time: Estimated processing times provided are indicative and subject to timely receipt of correct documents and government processing times.
• Government Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by government authorities, technical issues with government portals, or additional queries raised by authorities.
• Updates: We will keep you informed of the progress of your application through email and/or phone calls.

6. Fees & Payment Terms

• Service Fees: Our service fees are clearly displayed on the Website. Fees are subject to change without prior notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed.
• Government Fees: Government fees are charged separately and are payable in addition to our service fees. These fees are as prescribed by the respective government authorities and may change without notice.

• Government Fees: Government fees once paid are non-refundable as they are paid directly to government authorities.
• Application Rejection: If your application is rejected due to reasons within your control (incorrect information, ineligibility, etc.), no refund will be provided for service fees. However, if rejection is due to our error, we will either re-process the application at no additional cost or provide an appropriate refund.
• Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 working days to the original payment method.
